Homemade decor items. Ideas?

So my friend and I like to sculpt clay and craft things, and we recently had the idea to open up a little shop where we sell homemade decor items for T's and Herps. This would of course be geared more toward gecko and reptile keepers who like to put their terrariums on display and what not. We're interested in making quality cool, naturalistic and unique items that you wont find duplicated in anyone else's cages. Would you guys be interested in things like this?

My main question though would be: What would you want to see in your gecko's enclosure?

We're looking for ideas! We are both fairly decent sculptors and wouldn't mind a different challenge. My friend makes awesome little skull sculptures and I'm willing to work on some bigger pieces implementing the foam-and-grout method with the addition of air-drying clay (all will be sealed, of course). Do you guys have any cool ideas for hides, water/food dishes or climbing platforms? Interesting themes we could use? Could be anything from natural formations to sky scrapers. Don't think just leopard geckos either! I'm most familiar with leos but I'd like to extend this to all sorts of herps.

Feedback would be lovely guys <3

I think something that can provide a hide, something to climb on, and maybe even a raised platform to add an extra level would be really cool for a Leo and similar animals. Kind of like and all-in-one piece. I like the skull idea for snakes and such

I am a musician and leave near NYC and I would love to see like a music and NYC skyline thing with two levels if you could. Now that would be cool

I think it's a cool idea but I have to say that I've been making ceramic gecko furniture for years (that's why my business name is "Geckcessories") and though I get lots of compliments at shows, people rarely buy anything. I hope you have more luck than AI do!

I definitely like the idea of all-in-one pieces., as I know saving space is important for these guys. I also want to make food and water dishes inconspicuous. Maybe knots in a tree or a circle of rocks.
I did mention skyscrapers but...an exact skyline might be hard XD An NYC vibe though? Hm...could maybe pull that off. I do like the musical theme idea. Maybe make some kind of ramp using a ribbon of music notes?

I looked up your stuff Aliza! It's very cute ^^ And reasonably priced from what I've seen. I'm sorry it hasn't worked out well. I know there's a chance the same might happen with us, and if so, we'll just move our business to a different audience I suppose. Like you though I've wanted to make gecko hides and accessories ever since my first ceramic's class in high school and really hope to succeed in catching someone's interest with them. I think people generally look for realism and quality and I'm going to try my best to work on that. I don't even have any examples to show people yet!

I like the food bowl ideas, those are cute. and going off of the music theme, maybe a guitar could be turned into a humid hide since there is a hole on top!

I'm really into aviation and airplanes , in fact I work on them so what about a hide that resembles a section of an airplane fuselage with the windows and wings?

I also am a huge horse person so any equine themed things would be awesome! Maybe a mini stable or hay bales that you could turn into hides. You could even make a hide out of a roll-top jump! And of course troughs for food and water =)
