Yea ok.So basically you can use a rubbermaid container if you want.when you get the container, fill it with vermiculite(gardening section of stores)or some coconut fibre.Once done moisten it and use a UTH pad for heat.Make little imprints with your thumb and put your eggs in.Youre done!

I'm using a cooler (w-mart), a thermostat from beanfarm and flexwatt that I setup myself. There are a ton of DIY incubators on the web. Just search for "DIY incubator". A small fridge can be converted too.

I'm not using the rheostat thats in this pic though. It was a pain so I use a thermostat now.

lol.Yea i truthfully dont know cause i've never had any eggs from my leos before(i feel like a noob)but i've done alot of research on this before and so most people had sucess with this idea.Only problems are that sometimes the UTH is under or overheating the eggs. But with a proper thermometer in place everything should be fine

The only time i have heard of a UTH used is when someone puts a comtainer with an egg inside the tank on the hot side and using the UTH that ment for the enclosure. Using a UTH to incubate is very iffy and i would not recomend it what so ever. Maybe if it was used with a thermostat but still i don't think i would. Get a 40 dollar hova or make on from a cooler and heat tape.
