hoping for red

I took one of my oldest holdbacks to a herp show last weekend along with some others, but I didn't sell a single gecko. Once I got home and saw how fired up it was, I was glad I didn't let this one go though. It's been very plain gray/tan for the last month or two, but if this is any sign of things to come I'll definitely hang onto it a while longer. Here are a few shots of it fired up:

This is a sibling to the gecko above, but a little younger. It's too young to say anything for sure about its adult color, but I'm really hoping it'll pack on the red as it gets older too.

Thanks guys. It's definately still young for me to say anything for sure, but as dull as it's been looking lately I thought this coloration was a welcome change.

It's weird how they change. One day, they are so ugly that they'd make a train take a dirt road- then the next day - cowboys are offering them diamonds and furs....
