Does Mouth rot look Greenish and Bubbley?

Not usually - it either manifests as a brown/yellow crust or a yellowish pus from what I've seen. Not sure about the green - perhaps she threw up bile?

Again not to put more worry on you right now but be absolutely sure to sterilize all cage equipment/furnishings before putting another gecko in the tank or moving anything to another cage. You may want to throw away cage carpets and other porous items. If this was crypto it is quite resilient and you don't want it to spread.
