when putting the tupperware of vermiculite into incubator should there be holes in the lid?

i dont use any holes in the containers that way they hold the moisture

I don't use holes either. I just open the containers 1-2 times a week to let some air in.

I use deli cups that have the holes pre-made in the sides of the cup. I've never had a problem with them, usually don't have to add water or really air out the tubs, although I do air them once a week, usually.
