How big should a leo be to feed superworms?

What would be the minimum weight a leopard gecko should be before feeding superworms?

I fed superworms to my 11 gram leo last summer and she was fine.

It depends on the size of the superworm. You can feed small ones to smaller geckos. We have some that are between 15 and 20 grams that get the small supers instead of crickets to give them some variety.

i have 3 little ones that are only 15grams and they eat supers fine

I started my leos on supers at about 20 grams and my male is now 47 grams and is only 5 months.
