go to homedepot
buy a roll of plastic screen.
cut it in a square so that when you fold it to a triangle its the size you want.. or you could even keep it a square..
after folded take hot glue gun around all the sides.. then cut a small whole and use barley bigenough to fit the nip of the suction cup through go around with hot glue gun and attach to tank
