How do YOU incubate your eggs?

I was just wondering how you guys incubate your eggs?

I incubate eggs in a vermiculite substrate with a ratio of 0.8 parts water to 1 part vermiculite by weight, in sealed Gladware containers. I use Nature's Spirit incubators on Helix controllers, one at 81 degrees for females and the other at 89 degrees for males.

I use Albey's method with perlite in sealed "slightly more expensive than gladware" containers in a hobovator. I only incubate for females at 80-81.
