How do you know when she will lay

My female has been showing eggs in her tummy for some time. And getting along really well with my male if you know what I mean. Then all of a sudden the past 2 or 3 days she has been totaly avoiding him. Biting at his neck when he comes near, refusing to sleep in the hide with him, etc. Does this mean something?

It could mean she's ready to lay. With most of my females, the day before they lay they seem restless and have no appetite, though that's not always true.

She does seem restless. She's been up a lot during the day time the past couple days. Thats unusual for her.

If you can see the eggs really well without effort she is probably ready to drop them. Make sure the lay box is ready for a delivery.
