HOW DO YOU REMOVE A SPERM PLUG

How would I go about removing it? Just grab a pair of tweezers and pull or what?

Take it to a qualified vet.
Removing that yourself is not safe for your gecko.

Leave it be, it will clear away on its own. Warm soaks help. My bearded dragon had one for awhile and it cleared itself up. If it doesn't seem to go away or it is causing problems then see a vet.
Edit: Actually,looking at the pic and seeing that it is not dried up I am not really sure what to do. My bearded dragon's was dried. I would heed the advice of someone with a bit more experience in this regard.
