How high is too high?

Might be a daft question...but everytime i introduce a new rock, ornament etc etc into her viv she climbs up them. I recently made her a small enclosure type thing that's about 5 inches high with a little ramp up to it and she always looks awkward coming back down. She can reach it dead easy and i probably worrying about nothing but say i make a second level type thing and she deceides to climb off the edge...........................................

In my experiance, to high would be anything to slick to climb on or taller than the leo is long. If they can get a grip and not be smaller than the decor they should be fine.

I think 5'' is fine. I have seen geckos fall from several feet and not be harmed,
but I do not recommend it. I have heard of leos dying from falls right inside
their own tanks. Some months ago, someone here posted that their leo
dyed from falling off a Styrofoam rock background. Freak accidents do happen.
You also need to check for sharp edges and such when you choose
furnishings for the tank.

These animals are not made from glass... I seriously have doubts that a leo has ever died from a fall in its cage... Believe only a small amount of what you read..

I have had leos jump from their bins while cleaning... The table that I do the bin changing on is over 4 feet tall... Not once has a leo ever died as a result of hitting the floor from that height... There is no way a leo is going to die from falling a couple of feet never mind falling in the average size glass aquarium...

it all depends what the land on if they land on thier feet sure they will be fine. lets say she/he looses grip well climbing and hits head 1st guess what no more leo.
