Hey everyone!
I'm hoping to start getting some leos, other gecko species, and a beardie or two. I don't like supporting the pet stores around here, plus the closest supplier of dubias is almost 2hrs away. I would like to start my own colony of Dubias that I can start feeding from within a couple months. So my question is, how many Dubias should I start off with in order to feed a small group of 2-3 Leos, and an adult beardie or two?
And I also have a question about mealworms. I've read that some people feed their Leos exclusively mealworms, but other articles I've read always say to use crickets as the main food source and only using other feed items as treats. Are there any health issues related to feeding exclusively mealies, or using them as part of a diet along with dubias?
Thank you!
