Our power just got shut off, and my geckos and snakes are without heat. I know the corns will be fine for a day or 2, but will my leo be ok without a heat source for a day or 2? If not, what can I do to get him a heat source for 24-48 hours?

Depends on what the temps are like in your reptile room. If they drop low, like below 60, they won't be okay. Otherwise they should be fine. For heat if you're worried, get a couple of hand warmer heat packs, or the 40 hour shipping heat packs, and place them under a couple of layer of towels and set their tub tank on top of it. Should heat them up just right. I've had to do it on a couple of occasions where I've lost power for a couple of days, before I got my generator.

Depends how low the temps fall. If your room stays around 75 (no lower) I think they will be fine for a day or two. This is just my opinion though. Heat pack idea stated above is a great idea. I always have a box of them just incase of this very reason. If worse comes to worse call a friend with power and ask if you can bring them to their house for a few days.

I had a shipment of reptiles and snakes get stuck at a warehouse over a long weekend (shipper made a horrible mistake). They all survived. Your power shouldnt be out for long.
