How long do they stay in this form?

You know how those mealworms turn into the pupa stage, then beetles? I just got my first pupas yesterday, 2 of them. How long do they stay in this state until they turn into beetles? I had some trouble getting them to get out of the mealworm stage(I have a breeding colony), but when I took them out and added and blended the oats, then put them back in...wala, pupa in the same day! Lol, thanks!

They stay in that stage about a week give or take most of the time, or atleast that's how long mine do.
