how do you know the females are done breeding and laying eggs. becase the first year ever i already had like 6 cluches from one feamale and another one coming in a week. and the other females have 4 clutches and another cluch in a week. i have another question. now when my male gos to breed, how cant i say this, he kinda lets go to fast, if you dont understnad that he sperms to quick. he dose that after he vibrates his tail, why dose he do that.

I dont think ive ever seen geckos go for longer than a minute, if thats what your talking about. I dont think they mate for enjoyment, lol I think the male probably enjoys himself more after mating at times....

If you can see the eggs forming inside the females, just keep checking and when you don't see any more eggs forming, they're probably done. My males seem to lose interest in the females by July or so and they usually finish laying in Aug.-Sept.

I put the males in with the females early to mid-Jan. They usually start laying early to mid-Feb. This year my first babies hatched the first week in April.
