I know I should be able to figure this out by reading through all the posts here, but it seems like you mostly have your leos breeding constantly. Here's some background: I had 2 geckos together in an enclosure whom I discovered to be 1 male 1 female when I noticed the female had eggs. She laid them about 3 weeks ago and they appear fertile. At the discovery of the eggs I removed the male (we were not trying to build our leo collection) so as to not stress the female out. We have the eggs incubating (I couldn't pitch fertile eggs!) and as I said they appear fertile. From what I have seen of pictures here, I think she could have been ovulating yesterday.....
Question: can she still lay fertile eggs? Are they like bearded dragons where they can store sperm to use after possibly only copulating once? How likely is this, and when will I be able to stop meticulously watching for eggs?
thanks for any input!
