How many crickets should my 5 Month be eating?

I'm new to this fourm and I was wondering how many crickets should he be eating. I put 10 small crickets in his cage and he eats them within minutes? I just don't want to over feed him. He doesn't like mealies and I wanted to try something else also other than crickets. Any suggestions?

Roaches.. or superworms.. You should feed him enough to eat within 20 mins. Usually they have a pretty good gage of when they are full.

Yeah that is what I do with my 2 girls give them as much as they will eat with in 15 to 20 minuts and if they don't want anymore then I take the rest of the food out.

Don't worry either if you find that he will pig out one day, and not eat as much the next. I agree with a 15-20 minute time frame.

Yep, mine eats five to seven big crickets and then he's outta there, every time. Doesn't matter how many he can see crawling around, he just wants to sit somewhere warm and digest.

I go with the same method, my local pet shop tells me they're pretty much impossible to overfeed when given the correct diet.
