So I am constructing my self a rack system and I was just wondering how many air hole I should be drilling in the tubs. I know they are not air tight, but I want them to have good ventilation. I had intentions of drilling every few inches all around the tops but is that really necessary? I dont want to them lose to much heat either. Opinions please?:main_huh:

i wouldnt drill holes i would melt holes useing a hot sording

how big of containers? i was doing on my 6.5qts like 4 on each side and 2 on the front and back, i think thats plenty air can get in the top too
I am drilling because I have a drill and dont have the equipment to burn the holes. Also my drill doesn't leave rough edges. I have two different sizes of container. Some are 9 X 14 and some are 22 X 14. The ones that are 22 X 14 are plastic shelf units. The others are individual and I have the middle of the tops cut out and replaced them with screen.
