How many medium size mealworms equal 1 large superworm?

I'm currently feeding my gecko medium to small mealworms. About 15 every other day. I'm thinking about switching over to large superworms. What's the ratio of medium mealworms to large superworms? I was guessing about 5 small-medium mealworrms equals 1 large superworm?

i weighed 10 mixed size mealworms @ 0.6g

Thanks for the info. So if I feed my gecko 15 mealworms each feeding then he would only need about 2 superworms?
