How many reptiworms should I be feeding my Leopard Gecko?

I just recently purchase a adult leopard gecko and wanted to know how many reptiworms should i be feeding him? I buy the worms for my beardie and know they are ok for the gecko, i just dont want to overfeed him.
Any advise would be helpful. I got the worms from mulberryfarms if that helps.

That would all depend on how old your leo is, and if you're feeding him daily or every other day or twice a week. There is another thread that addresses this question here: http://geckoforums.net/showthread.php?t=68196 just to give you some more info on the matter.

I usually start with 10 in the food dish per day. A lot of people recommend only feeding adults every other day, but I find if you put 10 worms in the dish they will eat what they want and leave the rest until they're hungry again.

Reptiworms, I believe (and the OP can correct me here) are Calci-worms, or Phoenix worms, or soldier fly grubs.

thanks for the answer! yeah they are black solider fly grubs. My little guy loves them.
