How often do leo's shead?

I was wonder, how often will my leo shead, its still pretty little.

they may shed every other week when young as they mature they may shed the same or every 3-4 weeks, but don't be discouraged if you don't notice because it maybe during your sleepy hours and they may eat it all.

Honestly, I am not sure how often they shead. Im not sure any of mine have shead before. I know that they shed every 2-5 weeks depending on the gecko.

When they are little they shed like crazy depending on how much they eat and grow. But maybe once a week to once every 2 weeks.

I save all their cool looking sheds and bring them to my kids school, on bring your pet to school day!

They love seeing the Leos Plus im the most popular Dad on that day! lol:main_laugh:

I have not seen my little hatchlings shed yet but my other leopards shed every 2-5 weeks.

i'm not familiar with hatchlings so...probably just depends on how fast they put on weight.

You may not even notice when it sheds, i have yet to see mine when she is peeling it off and eating it.

When my leo was tiny, and growing like crazy, she was shedding every 7-10 days. Around three months old, she began stretching it to two weeks. Now, it depends on her appetite. When she's eating more, she'll shed every two weeks; and when she's going on a diet, she'll shed every three-four weeks. I don't think she's gone longer than that yet. Remember it can be different for each leo!
