The pet store didn't really know how old Tali was, they only told me they had her for two weeks, but here's some pictures, maybe you guys could take a look and tell me weither or not she's a baby or fully grown.

I've been giving her one cricket a day, should I give her more than that?

She looks like a Juvenile most likely 3-6 months of age.

She should be eating every day, I would put as many crickets as she`ll eat in 15 minutes, and take out the uneaten ones.

If she's a juvenile, she's about the same age as Puzzle, and I feed him 8 crickets a day. Yesterday I put in more to see how much he would eat, and he stopped at 10.

Puzzle's an AFT, and wouldn't eat the mealworms unless I put them right in front of him, but Leos like mealworms. I would suggest having a dish of calcium with mealworms in the tank at all times while she's young. When they are younger is the most important time for them to get plenty of food and vitamins.

She should stop eating when she's not hungry anymore, I think. As far as I know they aren't like some animals who will eat themselves too full.

one cricket a day is not enough, your leo looks to be about 6 months old. My leo is 7 months old and she eats about 10-13 medium crickets a day. Yours looks really heathly and has a nice fat tail but she will lose that with only 1 cricket a day. Let her eat as much as she wants in 15 min. tonight and that will tell you how many she needs everyday. Since she is still young she does need to be feed everyday but when she is an adult (around 10-12 months) you can start feeding every 2-3 days. SHE IS REALLY PRETTY THOUGH!

CONGRATS!
