They can't give the age because pet stores care very little of details about their animals. Ive yet to go to one that knew even the CORRECT morph of the gecko they were selling. He definitley looks to be full grown, but that could mean anywhere from 1 year up.

haha whaat?! no way!!! i bought him at a petstore and they said he was an "adult" (don't know why they can't give the age...)
My boy's about 50 grams as well (not sure, only time I've weighed him was once on a little kitchen scale :laugh4: ), but with little arms and a smaller-looking head. He'd get beat up on the playground. ;) Of course, he's full-grown like yours, and I give him all he'll eat, so he'll always be a scrawny guy.

Or maybe spots are just slimming? :tongue3:

wow haha you guys are too funny =) i wonder why pet stores never know ANYTHING about ... anything!!! ahaha from geckos to fish, from hamsters to dogs, they know NOTHING. it's insane! where do they even get their pets from? i know they're not from breeders, breeders know everything about the animals...
