how old is too old???

as the title says, i read 5 years old and over is the end of breeding for a female, anyone breed over that age and is it the same for fat tails as well???

I have plenty of girls over 5 years old that are still producing eggs. I would say thoughm, that the prime egg-laying years are between 2-5 years.
