How old to be fed waxworms?

I have a new baby that needs to put on some weight. So I was wanting to give the occasional waxworm, I have never had a baby this little before, or had trouble with weight so I have never fed waxworms, just a mix of crickets and mealies. So I was wondering at what age or size can you start feeding waxworms? Thanks!

*I have attached a photo of the little guy/girl in question.

I would keep feeding the mix of crickets and mealies as you are doing. As long as the gecko is eating healthy gutloaded feeders and getting the proper supplements it should have no problem putting on good weight without waxworms.
You can feed it a waxworm or two every now and then as a "treat" but you want the gecko to put on healthy weight over a period of time versus trying to bulk it up quickly with waxworms.

Yeah I knew it wouldn't happen overnight, but I figured a waxworm every couple of weeks wouldn't hurt, he/she has a good appetite so I don't think it will take long to get some weight on. I am dusting with a multivitamin and calcium w/d3. I have Repashy All in One on it's way in the mail as we speak, I figured instead of using several, I would just use one for everything. Thanks for responding!

I think one a week should be fine.
I wouldnt dust with the multivit every feeding, reptiles can overdose on many different things. Vit A being a big one.

I'm sorry I wasn't specific about my dusting schedule. I dust with a multivitamin once a week and calcium with d3 twice a week, that's the way I have been doing it but when I get my Repashy in the mail it says you can dust every feeding.
