How old / what weight before superworms are ok?

Wanna move my leo on to superworms as soon as possible.

What weight / size / age to leos have to be before its ok to feed them superworms?

Also, are superworms ok as a constant diet for leos?

im am wanting to know what age/size leo is best to feed supers too

Just give it a try. I have had some of mine eat them as young as 15 grams, but they prefer the large ones. I find that it is easiest when they hit around 25 grams.

i havent givin any supers yet i dont want them to choke on them. but they are round 30ish grams so any1 got anymore advise?

Mine is about 30g and the super worms they sell near me are longer than her head!

Dont think she'd get on too well with them.

one of them ate a super but the other 2 that are in looks a tiny bit smaller then her.. not by much havent eatin any yet, but who i got them from said they were eating them so i guess ill keep trying.

i feed my two geckos supers (they are both 23-25 grams) and the supers are at least 2 inches. i only feed one a day (til they are bigger) and supplement the diet with mealies and crickets. but they do just fine getting down the supers.

so what's a typical weight-to-length ratio?
as in like if he's 6" he'll weight about [X] grams
