How should i make a LG website?

I am wanting to start building a website that is either low cost or free. What would be the best site to go to?

I used webs.com for mine. It's $20/year so very affordable. Mine is very basic because I'm not very technologically inclined lol but they give you lots of options and such. I like it

I use wordpress.com which is really a blog site but can be adapted. The version I use is free.
