How small is too small?

What is the absolute smallest you would recommend breeding a female leo? Even if she is healthy and has a fat tail.

i wouldnt but i have heard of people breeding as small as 35 grams. idk how the leo is even ovulating at that weight but i guess it can be done. wouldnt reccommend it tho. i prefer to wait till they are 45 grams.

50 grams imo should me minimum.

i typically wait until they are 50-55grams sometimes more depending on the gecko.

I wait for until 50 grams minimum - Actually the smallest one I've bred was 56.

I think that's all relative I think, I've got a petite female, 9 years old and only weighs in at 48 grams. She has side boobs, and a lovely huge tail. She's a BIG healthy girl, and she'd be just fine to breed. (However, we're not breeding her because she's an older lady and we just don't want to jeopardize her lifespan).

Should be AT LEAST 50g's, and 9 months old. But it does also depend on the gecko itself, like previous posters mentioned.

I do not breed until at least 50 but 90% of the time wait until 55-60
