how soon can you tell the morph?

Looks like a tang to me but hard to say at that age exactly. What are the parents?

im watching a friend animals and i found that it hatched not sure witch ones are the parent he has 8 leos

That's my suspicion too, it looks albino-ish but hard to tell from that pic for sure. Definately tangerine, possibly other genes. An eye shot should confirm it.

I'd say tangerine tremper AKA "sunglow." Father is def a sunglow and mom looks like a tremper.

the eyes are red so does that mean albino and do albino have any special needs as babys

Well, Trempers usually have silver eyes, not red. Bells have red eyes. What is confusing is that the mom does look Tremper but the baby kind of looks Bellish and has Red eyes.

I think it looks Bellish, too. And the mom...the first "dad" might be a hybino, the second one does look tremperish...hmmm.

I'd say the hatchling looks Bell, but the albino parents must have been the same obviously.
Better eye pics might be needed.
