my gecko hasnt ate in about 3 weeks. he doesnt respond to mealworms or waxworms. and i switched him about 2 years ago from crickets because he wouldnt eat them. so now im trying supers. any other way to get him to eat?:main_thumbsup:
Some of my geckos have started to eat again if I hold them and press the feeder against the mouth. Sometimes they will then bite the feeder and eat it. This works best with mealworms. There are 2 articles I wrote about geckos not eating. You will find them on the Gecko Time website here: http://www.geckotime.com/my-gecko-is-not-eating/ http://www.geckotime.com/my-gecko-will-not-eat/

One of my females stopped during egg laying....
Took out the peat moss, replaced with most paper
towels, gave mildly warm soaks, rubbed wax worm
inners to her mouth area to cause licking.
Kept fresh meal and wax worms daily in a bowl 24/7.
She started eating and pooing this morning.
All the best. Take care. HJ
