Yes, if you breed the offspring back together from a R.A.P.T.O.R. x Tremper Blazing Blizzard here is what you will get:

56.25% Tremper, 66% het Eclipse, 66% het Blizzard
18.75% R.A.P.T.O.R., 66% het Blizzard
18.75% Blazing Blizzard, 66% het R.A.P.T.O.R. (Eclipse)
6.25% Diablo Blanco

Correct, you need to breed the offspring together, or another gecko with all three desirable traits, at least in the het form. Being that all three traits are recessive both parents need to carry them or they will not show up in the offspring.
