How to help overheated leo?

What can I do to help my overheated leo? He hasn't been eating much/at all for the last few days and I am pretty sure it's because I overheated him with the undertank heater.

I realized that I did not have enough substrate (paper towels) between him and the bottom of the tank. It was 95-100 degrees over there before I realized it.

It only became a problem recently because I have switched substrates a few times lately and he spent most of the winter hanging out in his moist hide. Only recently he has spent more time out of the tank, and I had paper towels out, but not enough layers of them.

What can I do to help him feel better? I gave him a warm soak, but I can't think of anything else to do. I hope he is ok. How worried should I be? Should I take him to the vet?

95-100 isn't really too hot as long as the gecko can move to a cooler area if needed. How much of your 20L does the UTH cover?

Everything looks good on your setup. IDK... is there anything else?

Yea. That doesn't sound too high. Mine can go up that high too and my girls will just move to a different area of the tank. Has there been any other changes in behaviour ? Try feeding him something different. Sometimes they decide that they don't like a feeder anymore lol

Thanks for the tips guys. I think he may have been impacted because even though he only ate one cricket last night, and hasn't pooped in several days, there was a big poop this morning.

I think maybe the crickets I'm feeding him are too big and are hard for him to digest. Maybe I'll go back to smalls. I stopped feeding those to him a while ago because he had a hard time catching them, but he's gotten a lot faster in the last few months so I'll try again. Plus, I really won't miss the chirping!!!!
