Small dish (bottle cap) for hatchlings and young geckos (say, under 25 grams or so) with calcium without D3. Otherwise, shake and bake.

Thanks.

Here's where I get lost. I initially bought calcium with D3 because after doing research on LG's and D3 alone it seems like it does have some validity when it comes to helping them absorb calcium and as long as you are careful with your dosage its not going to cause toxicity.

I am going to go ahead and just shake and bake with C & D3 and only leave Calcium without D3 out in a dish. Sound reasonable?

That makes sense. Some people use Vioante and Osteoform SA and some use Repashy Calcium plus. They all seem to work. I used to use Reptivite (vitamins) and Rep-cal with D3. That worked too.
