if you had a Blizzard, Blazing Blizzard, or a Diablo Blanco Enigma? They would all have white tails regardless of them being Enigma or not. I suppose there could possibly be some speckling on the tails, but does anyone know?

I am kind of new at this, but I will give it a try blizzards would have normal eyes, blazing blizards would have snake eyes or black eyes, and diablo blancos should have red eyes. Thats what I would guess but we will see what everyone else says.

True the eyes would tell a lot, but both Blazing Blizzards and Diablos Blancos can have red snake eyes, and that doesn't answer the Enigma question. The eyes of Enigmas are strange in their own right, but I've seen so many variations of Enigmas eyes that it is hard to tell. I guess the only way to know might be through test breeding. Visually I don't know if you could tell a DB from a DB Enigma. I guess in a DB Enigma project you would temp. sex for males first because you could test them on multiple females, where as with a female, one test breeding takes an entire season. Ah, the elusive Diablo Blanco Enigma.

I will make one. I've already bred an Enigma het DB, but I temp. sexed it to be female. They are almost ready to be bred again. It's only a matter of months until I have a male Enigma het DB, then I can breed him to a couple of different DBs to multiply my odds. The only problem being that I could end up with DBs and DB Enigmas in the same season from those pairings and I'd have to test breed all of the DB looking offspring to see if they throw Enigmas or not. This will take two seasons at least. I bet RT is already at work doing this, but if so I'm not far behind. I still have an egg from the DB x Enigma pairing. Hopefully it will hatch soon and turn out to be an Enigma. I think my odds are good.
