I thought they were albinos but they look like normal eyes, right? Maybe dark tremper eyes?

I bought the mom at an expo (no label, just bought her for her tang genes) and i didnt know that she was gravid and deffinatley didnt expect the eggs to be fertile. I have one more egg from her that is waiting to hatch.

Anyone else have an idea?

thanks

Very nice babies! IMO these are RW (as Chrissy suggests) of Tremper albinos.
PS: At this age, the 'normal' eyes of hatchling looks very dark (almost black) with white line around the pupil.

Looks like my plan to stick with trempers was foiled yet again! lol. I guess i will see how they progress and maybe just use teir tang genes. Those pictures were taken with flash also, forgot to mention; not sure if it would blow out the color enough to make a difference.

thanks

You know what, go with Rainwaters instead of Trempers! I would wait a bit how they turn out when they're bigger. If they retain a nice orange color, you could get a Firewater from Bryan or Kelli and breed beautiful Rainwaters! :main_thumbsup: Everybody has Trempers, and chance just gave you something special :main_laugh:

I said that once as well, also for the enigmas. Now I have Bells and Enigmas and they are really cool :)...

I don't see albino in the eyes, but I don't know what rw baby eyes look like. To me, they look like tangerine babies.:main_huh: They're nice either way.

Hmm, guess i will just have to wait and see. This next baby is incubating for male so i can breed him back to his mother and see what happens; or maybe get a rainwater or het to see.

thanks
