I made a humid hide using a rubbermade square tub. Using a nontoxic glue, I glued silk leaves. Heres what it looks like:

The internal subtrate is called ecodirt, lightly misted my gecko's love to dig in it!
THanks for looking

For the $1 for plants at dollar store and $3 for four rubbermaid containers at wallmart, I can make them cheap. Best of all they do look nice. My male uses his to sleep during day light. I picked up some more to keep me busy on Sat (lol).

I'm assuming that you flip you flip them upside down, and put the lid on the bottom? I dot put leaves on the roofs of them, they poop on the leaves lol

Actually yes the lid is on the bottom. The lid is not decorated at all. Makes adding subtrate fairly easy, as all I do is load it in a corner put lid on, turn it over and shake the container gently and that smooth's it out . My two patties both poop on warm side of tank never had them ever poop on any item in tank. I guess I am lucky that way. I'll make more I guess just to have fun. Maybe anouther green one but different leaves. My male has look out of his like 6 times but wont leave it alone. I have seen him digging in there. So far all the subtrate has stayed in.

The African fat tails that I am restoring to good health (hence the medical loan in my signature), the one always dug into the moss and trapped himself in, so I have to switch to paper towels for him.

Holy never thought of that happening. My male just seems to dig a bowl shape to lay in.
