Once again we are battling eye infections (different leo this time) and after reading another thread was thinking about dry winter air and humidity. We are incredibly dry here. The cages get misted several times a day but wondering if that isn't enough because it is so dry. So how much is too much?

Misting a geckos home
(other than a humid hide) is not a
good choice.
Too much humidity can cause
respiratory problems.
Since dry conditions seem to
be a part of natures home,
I guess it may be that too much humidity
could cause eye problems.
If you think the eye problem is from
non removed shed, then help it out by
using a eye wash solution on a regular
basis.
Take care. Hj
