hello, I got my gecko a little over a week ago, and I'm having trouble keeping the humidity where it needs to be. since a dehumidifier would take a few days to get here and my enclosure is near 80% I need to act very soon without taking him out and shocking him. I already put him into shock a few days ago by needing to clean his enclosure. I am a new gecko owner and have never owned one before so please help. and any extra little tips you guys have would be fantastic.

I never worry about the humidity as long as I'm not misting the enclosure. If you're using one of those dials that you stick on the cage it's not accurate anyway. Don't worry about it. The gecko will be fine.
