what should the humidity levels be like in a 20 gallon tank?

I asked this question once before when I first got mine, and the answer I got was no more than "enough that it sheds without a problem". All you need to do is spray your leo every other day, every day when it's about to shed, and always provide a humid hide. They do not require certain amounts of humidity like other species do. If the shed goes well, you have enough humidity.

Just use a humid hide and thats all you need, no misting or anything.
