I picked up this girl from JMG about a year and a half ago. She was sold to me as a hypo snow. From what I understand though, I thought there would be less spotting on her. Don't get me wrong, she looks great!! This is definately one of my favorite geckos in my collection. I was just wondering what all of you thought. Hypo snow or just snow??

I am going to produce some Hypo snows this year.

I would say that is Not a Mack Snow Hypo but does have Hypo influence.

If she was a hypo snow it would have taken time off of my creamsicle project.

Yes and no. A lot of the problem with creating creamsicles is simply getting the color to stay...not reducing the pattern. I recently posted a thread (http://geckoforums.net/showthread.php?t=61302) which shows a cream hatchling and the female creamsicle for that project. That snow is hypo enough to produce pretty much the equivalent quality one as a completely hypo snow. If you have creamsicle questions feel free to hit me up anytime :). We also have some of our Creamsicle breeders on our site as well (http://www.enigmaticgeckos.com/breeders.html). just scroll around in there and you can find them towards the middle and end.

That is a very nice snow you have though. :main_thumbsup:

When you say completely hypo snow, do you mean super hypo?? Could you maybe elaborate a bit more on what you said about her producing the equivalent quality one as a completly hypo snow?? Thanks alot for the info on creamsicles. That is my favorite morph and is what made me want to start breeding. I finally started trying to introduce that snow to my male shtctb. She hasn't let him do his thing yet, but I am just gonna keep trying. She is ovulating, just not willing yet I guess, haha.
