I am confused about the radar Bells

I read JMG's page on the Radars but am still a little confused about how they got them. didn't they cross a Bell with a Tremper in order to get them. or were they just proving that they the eclipses were not het Tremper.( would a certain % of the hatchlings carry the Bell but not the Tremper gene.) I might have just answered my own question.
How are they 100% pure Bell's if the lineage has Tremper in it. Don't get me wrong I think they are one of the coolest new mores out. and will probably be saving up for one soon.

it wouldnt be considered a new morph rather just a combination of a couple. as i see it even if it proves to not be a het tremper it still has tremper blood in it. even if just 1% thus not being 100% bells, yes they will not make tremper albinos but they still got that blood in them

Not sure if this is the way they done it but IMO the best way would be is to get a PST-eclipse that you bred to a RAPTOR.But didn't get any RAPTOR offspring only eclipse strains offspring.Now you know that the PST-eclipse has no tremper albino gene(not het tremper)so now you can begin.

Stripe bell X PST-bell = Offspring 100% het eclipse 100% het bell.

Het eclipse & bell X Het eclipse & bell = Radars :main_thumbsup: amoung others.

Now you have a pure strain bell albino line that's not going to be poluted by tremper blood.

Remember that you can get a eclipse that's not got tremper albino gene from a eclipse het tremper X eclipse het tremper.

Couldn't you cross a prs x bell albino and breed the hets together and make radar bells? Because I thought you got aptor and raptor from breeding an albino strain to patternless red stripes.

but breeding to a prs x bell would take a much longer amount of time to reach the desired effects. with an aptor/raptor blood you can make ones that look as nice as a really nice aptor/raptor in just a couple of seasons.

That pretty much what i said above but really you need to get rid of the tremper albino gene first to do a proper job of it.Or it will keep poping up in peoples projects.If you breed a eclipse-prs X bell albino the prs maybe het tremper.So if you bred the offspring to gether though you would get Radars you would also get RAPTOR's and would would't know what strain of albino the NON albinos was.So really you need to know 100% that the eclipse are not het tremper for a clean line.

I think these will be as confusing as tremper raptors/aptors, with all the combo genes involved. What I don't get is they are saying they are 100% bell and not het anything, but then go on to say they carry the genes for all the patterns. I'm assuming because of the eclipse gene. Did I just answer my own question?
Wondering what the outcomes will be when they breed a radar bell w/2 red eyes to a reg bell. I thought from some other discussions you couldn't really have a het eclipse (het raptor discussion).
