I have two 'sisters' in one viv, but lately I have noticed some significant changes underneath one of em. If the pics don't give a clear view, I'll try and get a proper camera, but I fear that it's going to be quite clear...

are the pores producing wax? I can't tell. Sometimes you just have females with awkward shaped undersides. I usually don't make a final decision until I see waxy pores.

If you're worried about keeping them in the same tank as your possible male comes into maturity, you can separate them until you know for sure

well, they are only about 5 months old now so I wonder if the wax thing is the case yet. It would be a pickle if I had to house them separately sinc I jsut decided to upgrade my stenodactylus to a bigger tank. Might need to get a third tank now for my shemale Well, we'll see if either anyone can shed some light on it or just wait for other tell tale signs.

i say male looks like my juvie males normally i dont really see waxy pores until they are ready to breed and a lil older
