Okay, this is going to sound like a very lame question but does anyone know if you can buy Exo Terra products directly from their website?

I am looking... and I am not seeing anything.

I was having this same problem today, I was feeling soooo dumb looking for a check out button, or price, anything!

And then I was just like...maybe they don't sell off their site, well that's...lame!

Revisited Post

I thought that I would make a posting.

Originally, I was looking at Exo Terra Tanks and I saw one on the internet that I liked.

However, I could not find it anywhere. Or at least not on the internet or in a pet store.

I assume that I could have had a pet store order the one that I saw.

Later, I did see it at The Reptile Show in Anaheim.

Perhaps they don't actually make the tank any more? I've never seen any Exo-Terra tanks in person. I know r-Zilla makes them though. My leopard gecko kit is an r-Zilla.

They makem

Yes, they still make them but, they are from Europe.

Many companies sell them but, the tanks that are longer in front and shorter are harder to come by.

Oh wait a minute. I feel silly. We DO have Exo-Terra brand terrariums where I work. :B Duh. I just didn't recognize them outside the box. Also all of them are the square ones, so yeah, as someone said the long ones are only available online somesuch, I guess.

I was looking at getting one when I got my gecko but decided to get the 20 gal long in case I wanted to get another leo down the road. They're pretty nice; I like the front door design and the fact that that they come with that nifty background.

Hmm, I think Exo-Terra should sell directing off their site. Would make a lot of herp owners so happy

That would be good for internet savvy people - bad for business.

Wholesale -> Retail -> Consumer

It creates the most jobs and it is the most convenient form of doing that stuff for consumers since they become locally available... As a wholesaler myself - I really believe in that method of business. Direct selling is a pain in the arse for a few reasons that I won't get into.

...plus it allows for good price and service competition... :main_thumbsup:
