I went and picked up the african fat tail from my local petco this week. She has been there for over a year. I have had my eye on her for about 9 months now. Shes a great gecko, very nice, healthy, and small. She is estimated at less then 2 years and only 35 grams. she is as big as my youngest female. My question is if they put the two of them in a 20 gallon long after a fecal if she will grow any more. I am looking to keep all my female afts together but my biggest female is 60 grams so the little ones have a way to catch up with her. Thank you!

My experience with ones who stay small is that yes it will grow, but it will never be as big as one who ate constantly during the growing period.

I wouldn't expect your new AFT to get any bigger then 50 grams and I say she'd be a fat AFT. Not long, just big and fat. Since she is probably close to 2 years old I don't think she'll get much bigger.

Petco near us is stupid. They have a bunch of leo's in with 4 afts and i told the manager, he comes over, opens the cage, looks at em then puts em back in and says "No, thats a leo."

Good catch though.
