So...I'm trying to figure out fatty morphs...I'm trying to keep up with JMG and Urban and Geckos, Etc., and fattalis.net; but how many morphs are there? Is there an exhaustive list anywhere?

I wanted to find out about caramels in particular...it looks like they're simple recessive, yes? can you have a very tangerine caramel? I think I found one, but I wanted to ask first...how much would something like that sell for normally?

Can't really answer your questions but I will say that we've been trying at Gecko Time to get someone to write an article about fattie morphs. Any takers?

Quite a comprehensive list, Carinata. I thank you for it.

May I ask what is your favourite species of gecko?

Inquiring minds want to know.

:)

Just my opinion, but I've always been partial to the fat-tailed. Striped amels are nice as are banded. Rhacodactylus (crested) certainly is a fine example. Though I can't leave out the following great examples:

Diablo blancos, enigmas, raptor, macks and tangerines.

Post script:

There is no such thing as a stupid question! The only thing stupid is anyone to disagree.
Any gecko, in my mind, is the one to own.
