I have an indoor atrium-open to sky

I was wondering if I purchased baby geckos, if they would stay in the atrium or climb to the roof of my house and escape?

We have geckos around the outside now, but the indoor atrium has a pond, lots of green plants and I regulary toss in crickets for my amusement.

Does anyone know where I can find "rescue" land turtles? I would like to get 2 more.

I'm not sure which type of geckos you're referring to but unless they naturally live in your area they probably wouldn't do very well. Leopard geckos come from a rocky, desert habitat originally so that would be very different from what they need. Aside from that, any gecko you add would almost certainly try to escape. You'd be much better off setting up the proper tank for whatever gecko you're interested in so you can actually see and enjoy them.

As far as turtles, you can try asking in the Adoption section.
