I restructured some forums, and added one new one

I created an "Other Pets" section and moved the Dog, Cat, Invertebrate and Bird forums into that section. They were previously in the Off Topic section. I also created a new forum, Fresh and Saltwater Fish, in the "Other Pets" section.

Any suggestions or comments feel free to speak up!

I know someone suggested it before, I think we should have something towards the top of the page displaying Classifieds. I think that would get people to use them alot more.
