I think I won the pet store lottery.

So I went to the pet store today to get some feeders, and decided to check out the leos. When I looked I was surprised to see this little guy and I knew I had to get him. The only bad part was the store employee picked him up by the tail, which pissed me off but let it go. So anyone know what he is. I thought maybe blizzard but I dont know.

What are the difference between the two. If I understand right a super raptor would have red eyes right, but idk what defines a blazing blizzard? (I'm still figuring the morph thing out)

From what I read a blazing blizzard has red eyes, While blizzard has regular colored eyes.

Nice find! Blazing Blizzards eyes will look like the eyes of its Albino strain.

It is most likely a Blazing Blizzard. A blazing blizzard will have eyes which resemble the corresponding albino strain unless it is a pigmented eye...which happens similar to SS in blizzards. In which case it will have solid red eyes.

So the little guy ate for me tonight much to my surprise, and he is really friendly. He crawled up on my hand and allowed me to hold him for a couple minutes. I also got some eye shots to help figure out his morph.

Blazing blizzard. Btw picking up a gecko by the tail isn't exactly horrible. I lift my females up by the tail to check for eggs. As long as you're not pull them by the tail when they are moving forward they should be okay.

Good to know thanks. This guy though grabbed him by the tail as he was running away and lifted him up and out of the tank by it, but its in the past now and no need for me to make a fuss about it.

They eyes look like a deep red, almost black.
