I think I'm in love!

Hello everyone!

I currently have a small collection of ball pythons. However, I am extremely new to the gecko world!

Today was the day that I fell in love with my first gecko. At the White Plains Reptile Expo, it was the usual bajillion ball pythons. Lo and behold, I saw an amazing crested gecko. It was at that moment... cupid struck me! After some inquiring and googling, I think he was a "halloween harlequin". Sadly, I didn't purchase him because I feel that I need to do some research first. Sooo here I am!

If anyone has some suggestions for crested gecko husbandry/care sheets, it would be greatly appreciated! Otherwise, I have some lurking/searching to do haha.

Welcome to the world of geckos and to GF! I'm sure if you google "crested gecko care" you'll find plenty. The basics are: vertically oriented cage, temperatures in the mid 60's to low 80's (supplemental heat is rarely needed), primary food is Repashy Crested Gecko Diet with crickets enjoyed but optional. Happy searching.
