i think my leopard gecko is ill!!! help!

hello,

i hav one female leo gecko..but it is not active like that time i bought from my friend....n when i handle it to clean the bedding..it dun move...but when i bought it n take home it very active on my hand. help!

We need to know more in order to help:
How long have you had it?
Is it eating and pooping?
What kind of flooring (substrate) is it on now? What kind was it on before you got it?
What's the temperature of the floor (not the air) on the hot side?
Are you picking it up and cleaning the bedding is it during the day or the night?

Start with those and we'll see if we can help.
